Nutrition data and methodology
McDonald’s U.S. currently lists 390 calories for a standard McDouble and describes the standard build as two beef patties, one slice of American cheese, pickles, onions, ketchup and mustard.
McDonald’s does not expose the serving weight in the text version of its U.S. product page. For weight-based estimates, this page uses a current approximately 150 g U.S. serving-weight reference. The same RippedRestaurants reference lists 22 g protein, 32 g carbohydrate, 20 g fat and 2 g fiber per burger; these values are scaled to the 150 g portion for the calculator. Because restaurant portions, suppliers and formulations can vary, the per-100-g figure should be treated as an approximation rather than a label value.
